Pre-Registration will take place in the Taurus Room at the hotel, from 6:30-8 on Friday evening.
Hotel shuttles to I-X center: there will be 3 shuttles running from the lobby of the Sheraton continuously from about 7:15-9:00. These will be filled on a first-come basis. Please advise the front desk upon check in if and when you will take the shuttle. For those who want to shuttle over after the early morning crush it is suggested to sign up for a time slot at the front desk. This will ensure that everyone gets over to the I-X when they need to.
Hotel guests: if you choose to drive to the I-X Center, you will pay $8 to park. Also, parking at the hotel (for hotel guests) will be free, but you must pick up your parking validation from the front desk. You WILL have in & out privileges.
